I hope you all had a Happy Mother's Day and are preparing for a summer filled with sun and fun. Summer is a wonderful time for healthy, holistic families as we enjoy the abundance of local summer produce. If you don't have a garden or even if you do, there are wonderful fruits and vegetables at CSA's, farm stands and farmer's markets all over Southern New Jersey that give us lots of variety and support local farmers - so promise yourself to buy and eat local produce daily.

There are lots of new listings and articles in the last month at South Jersey Babies so check them out and please suggest others to add. Below read about our new drop in group for New Moms and Babies starting in June.
